Websites, chatbots and automation for experts and businesses

Present your services, receive enquiries and cut down on manual work

  • Websites where clients learn about your services and get in touch
  • Chatbots for frequent questions and collecting enquiries
  • Automation that moves data from documents into spreadsheets

I'm Tatsiana Udavichenka, a web developer. First I find out what you want to improve and how you work today. Then I suggest a suitable solution and build it.

How I can help

Websites and landing pages

A website where visitors understand who you are, what you offer and how to get in touch. With a contact form and a mobile version.

Chatbots

A bot for first contact with your clients and for recurring scenarios: ask the first questions, collect details and pass the request on to you.

Automation

Less manual work with enquiries, documents and data: processing, moving data between spreadsheets, connecting services.

Does this sound familiar?

No single link

Your services are spread across posts and messages, and you send prices and descriptions by hand every time.

The same questions again

Bookings and first questions from new clients mean a lot of back-and-forth.

Requests by hand

You have to read and sort every enquiry yourself.

Data by hand

You copy data from documents and reports into spreadsheets yourself.

Not sure what fits

You want to make your work easier, but which tool fits and whether you need AI is still open.

Work

Automation

Handwritten reports → Excel

A client asked me to transfer data from handwritten reports into Excel. Everyone’s handwriting is different, the lighting varies between photos, and some digits are hard to read. Transcribing and checking takes time.

I suggested automating recognition of the entries and adding a check for inconsistencies. A person reviews unclear entries and corrects errors. The client tested the solution on their reports: processing took about an hour instead of four. Development is now in its final stage.

Chatbot

WhatsApp bot for insurance enquiries

The client needed to organise the initial conversation about insurance enquiries in WhatsApp: ask the first questions, collect details and pass the enquiry to a specialist.

I suggested assigning this part of the conversation to a bot. It asks questions in an agreed sequence and sends the collected enquiry to the specialist via Telegram. We are currently testing the bot together with the client and checking how it works.

Documents

PDF invoice generator

Once invoice data is collected in a file, it still needs to be transferred into a document and formatted. I prepared a prototype generator that takes data from CSV or JSON and creates a PDF invoice using a chosen template. This can reduce repetitive work. The solution is currently a prototype.

Landing page

Pizza Cheff

For this practice project, I had a finished landing page design. It needed to become a page that was easy to use on a computer and a phone.

I built the page to adapt to different screen sizes. You can open the result in a browser and try the interface. Placing and processing orders were outside the scope of this project.

Web app

Breath App

In Breath App, I built the flow of a breathing session: choose a mode and duration, start the exercise and follow the prompts.

I implemented a timer, breathing animation and background sounds to provide guidance on screen during the session. The app works and is available to try.

How we work

From your task to a useful digital solution

First we look at how your work is organised. Then we choose the solution, and I build it.

  1. Talking about your task

We discuss what happens now, what gets in the way and what result you need.

From you: a description of the situation in your own words.

  2. Choosing the solution

I suggest a format – a website, a chatbot, automation or a combination – and explain why. We agree on scope, timeline and price.

From you: materials about your services and examples of how things work now.

  3. Building

I build the solution and show you work in progress.

    From you: feedback and approvals.

  4. Testing and handover

I test the agreed scenarios, fix the errors I find and hand over the result. Hosting, training and support as agreed.

From you: checking the result and hosting access, if needed.

About me

Tatsiana Udavichenka, web developer

I'm interested in how a person's or a company's work is organised – and in digital solutions that make it easier. I start with your task: what happens now, where things get stuck and what result you need.

  • Websites and interfaces: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
  • Bots and document processing: Python
  • AI – in development and inside solutions, where it fits the task

I explain what the solution consists of and why I chose it. Before handover, I test the agreed scenarios.

Frequently asked questions

Write how things work now and what you'd like to change. We'll define the task together.

Describe your current situation. After our conversation I'll suggest a format and explain why.

The price depends on the task, the scope of work and the connections needed. After our conversation we agree on the project scope, timeline and price.

Hosting, the domain, paid services and AI usage are counted separately. We discuss them in advance, before work starts.

Yes: getting to know each other and a short discussion of your task are free. If you need a detailed review of your processes and a solution prepared, we agree on the scope and price separately.

Support, fixes and further development are agreed for each project.

How data is stored and processed, and who has access, depends on the solution – we discuss it for each project. I use AI services in development. If the data is sensitive, we can work with anonymised or sample data and keep the real data out of these services.

German, Russian or English. I also run projects in these languages.

Tell me what you'd like to build or simplify

Write how things work now and what you'd like to change. No brief needed. Getting to know each other and a short discussion of your task are free.

Telegram, WhatsApp or email – whichever suits you. Or describe your task in the form, and the reply will come to your email.
